Cancellation Policy
All services require full payment at the time of booking. By Scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following. All sales are final Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. No exceptions will be made for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with the outcome of your service, as spiritual work is not guaranteed. Cancellations; You may cancel your session within 24 hours of booking for credit toward a future appointment. After 24 hours your session becomes locked and cannot be canceled for credit. Rescheduling; You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us directly. If you fail to reschedule within this window you session is forfeited. No- show and late arrivals; If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no credit or refund will be issued. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened session at fill price. Call Policy; You will be called at time of session using the contact information provided during booking.
